Pet Friendly Survey
From Allen and Linda Anderson, Angel Animals Network

Copyright 2009 - 2014, Allen and Linda Anderson. All Rights Reserved.

Dear Pet Guardian,

Think of the Pet Friendly Survey (below) as your chance to share what goods, services, products, and attitudes would best support you as a person who views pets as family members.

We are using this survey to do research for a book we plan to write. Your answers will help us know what you are thinking as pet parents. We will review your answers and possibly follow up by interviewing you for the book.

With the information that you provide, our hope is to further the goal of having no more homeless pets. The more pet-friendly communities and countries are, the more people will be able to comfortably adopt and keep their pets safe and happy as respected and valued family members.

We will not rent or sell your contact information to anyone, so please fill in all the required fields. Thank you for answering the questions and providing as many examples as you can.

      * Complete this survey by answering all the questions

      * Provide a minimum of one example in each of the red-bolded categories below

      * Fill in the required fields for contact information

      * Send back the survey using one of the options below.

Thank you so much for your honesty and your willingness to share.

Sincerely,
Allen and Linda Anderson
